DAClearLag removes dropped items and other loose entities from the ground on a timed schedule, on Fabric servers running 1.20.1.

What it does

Entities left on the floor pile up over time and add load to a server. DAClearLag clears them automatically at regular intervals, so the cleanup does not depend on an operator typing commands. The mod is inspired by the Bukkit plugin ClearLagg and aims at the same job on Fabric servers.

Before each removal, the mod broadcasts a warning to players about 30 seconds ahead, giving them time to pick up items they want to keep. Multi-world setups are supported, so item cleanup stays consistent across dimensions and worlds. Fabric Version is 1.20.1, and the project is published only for Fabric.

Server owners install it, and players connect with no copy of their own. The code is all rights reserved and is not open source. The latest Fabric file, 1, was released on 2025-09-22, the same day the project was first published and last updated.
