CNPC+ DBC Addon extends CustomNPC+ on Forge 1.7.10 with custom forms, auras and scripting hooks for DBC characters.
What it does
Custom forms and custom auras can be created from the CNPC Wand menu and applied to NPCs that represent DBC characters. Form outlines and status effects can be set per form, and gameplay features are read from the CustomNpcs config folder, where server owners adjust them. Settings sync to connecting clients automatically, so players see the same forms and auras as the server.
The addon also includes DBC fixes and new gameplay mechanics, and it exposes an API that scripts can call for extra functions. Scripting capabilities of CNPC+ are extended by the addon, and a companion API addon lets other mods hook into the same features. Support for mixins is required, and UniMixins must be present for the addon to load. Compatibility with DBC and core mods is one of its stated purposes.
The mod requires CustomNPC+ and runs on the client and the server. Files are published for Forge only, for 1.7.10, with 1.2.1 as the latest build from 2026-03-13. The first release dates from 2024-09-30. The code is not open source; the author holds all rights, while the source code, issue tracker and wiki are publicly linked.
