MorePlayerModels+ lets players customize their character model with alternate body parts, skins and GUI options on Forge 1.7.10.
What it does
The mod is a continuation of the original MorePlayerModels for Minecraft 1.7.10 and runs on Forge only. Players can change how their player model looks through extra body parts and customization options, and the mod supports 64x64 skin textures so skins made for newer skin formats can drive the models. Alex-style 64x64 models are included.
Backported GUI features and new part models from later builds are brought into the 1.7.10 version, and rendering of parts has been fixed. The mod works with Capes Integration, and a CustomNPC+ dark-mode resource pack can restyle its menus into a dark variant. Since the environment is client and server, the server and every player need the mod installed.
The source code and issue tracker are public, but the license is All rights reserved, so the code is not open source. The mod is published only for 1.7.10, with the latest Forge file, 4.2, dated 2024-07-22.
