Cursed Fate: Auras

The addon extends the cursed energy system of Jujutsu Kaisen: Cursed Fate with a color system. Most energy colors reproduce the default Cursed Fate energies, with orange as the exception. Exotic colors come with their own activation sound and a Flow ability, and a longer voiceline plays when a player activates Flow by holding right click.

Chroma Orbs are crafted and sorted by rarity: Common at 85%, Exotic at 14%, and Legendary for the rest. The author notes that the find rates may be too harsh and that they can be adjusted in the config. Energy colors also change how the visuals look for some techniques and abilities, and the custom sound effects are still a work in progress.

The addon is meant to add progression without disrupting combat balance. Its code gives direct access to the Supporter rarity aura, which lets the author debug and adjust auras without the owner of the aura actively doing anything. Cursed Fate: Auras requires Jujutsu Kaisen: Cursed Fate, and both sides must run the mod. It is published for Forge 1.20.1 – 1.20.6 and is released under All rights reserved, so it is not open source.
