Creatures In The Dark

by JustKade

Creatures In The Dark adds a set of darkness-born mobs to Forge 1.20.1, with ghastly creatures that move through blocks and a crafting table for their recipes.

What it does

The mod's creatures blend into darkness: their bodies are barely visible, with eyes that glow in pitch-black areas. Sizes vary widely, from a creature about one block tall up to giants near 10 blocks tall, and the larger ones are the most dangerous. Ghastly creatures lurk in Void Forests and can pass through solid blocks, and their visible features differ from one to the next.

The mod needs GeckoLib and Just Enough Items (JEI) to run. Creatures In The Dark is a Forge mod for 1.20.1 only, and it is released under the MIT License, which is not open source. A server running it needs every connecting player to have it too. Recipes are shown through JEI, and a gallery in the pictures section lists the entities found in the mod.
