Create: Ironworks
by robinfrt
Players working through Create's metal chain get Tin, Bronze and Steel from Create: Ironworks, which adds the ores, alloys and gear built on them.
What it does
The mod adds Tin ore and the Bronze, Brass and Steel alloys, along with the items made from them. Brass can be crafted straight from crushed materials or nuggets, Bronze takes raw tin and a bit of Copper with no heating, and Steel requires Iron and Coal Dust made by crushing Coal. Tin can stand in for Iron in several vanilla recipes, which keeps Iron free for Create machinery early on.
Armor and tools cover Copper, Bronze, Brass, Rose Quartz, Sturdy Sheet and Steel, and all new armor is trimmable. Steel alloy can upgrade armor and tools to Netherite as an alternative to Diamond. The mod adds the Paxel, which combines Pickaxe, Axe and Shovel mining, and the Hammer, which mines a 3 by 3 area and uses durability faster. Both are slower than their single-tool counterparts, and vanilla-material versions are included.
Create: Ironworks requires Create and Create Fabric, and it is published for Fabric, Forge, NeoForge and Quilt. Files exist for 1.20 – 1.21.1, with the latest NeoForge file for 1.21.1. Both sides need the mod, so servers and players install it alike. The mod is all rights reserved and is not open source.

Steel alloy upgrades armor and tools toward Netherite without needing Diamond.
Who it’s for: Players who run Create and want more metal options for tools, armor and early alloys. Server owners who add it need the same files on every client.
