Coord Saving TP'er Thing lets a player store coordinates and teleport to them, using a modified recovery compass as the item that holds the saved position.

What it does

Saved coordinates can be used to teleport the player to a stored location, and the item that holds them is a recovery compass with a modified recipe. Recrafting the item clears its stored position while keeping the same craft, so the item can be reused. Custom names given to the item are removed on recraft.

The server must run the mod, while players may add it to their clients. Files are published for Fabric, Forge, NeoForge and Quilt across 17 release versions, 1.20.5 – 26.1.2, and the latest file is 1.4.0+mod for 26.1.2, released 2025-12-09. The code is released under the GNU General Public License v2.0 only and is open source.

What the author says

Adds the TP'er Thing, which allows you to save coordinates to it, and teleport to the saved coordinates from anywhere. To change the coordinates on one of them, simply recraft it the same way you craft it to begin with, and you will get it back without the coordinates. That does remove custom names as well though.
