clock-in

by infinitygames

clock-in is a Fabric HUD widget that shows the current time on screen, with a configurable clock that can be placed anywhere on the display.

FabricClient-side onlyApache License 2.0Open source1.21 – 26.3

What it does

A clock widget lets players view the time in the HUD. Its position is set by dragging it, and a config screen opened from the mod menu gives a rebindable key for the drag mode. Size can be scaled up or down, and the clock can be switched off with a single button. Shown in 12-hour or 24-hour format.

Text color is picked with a full RGB picker that also controls opacity, applied separately to the text and the background. An optional background box has adjustable X and Y padding, and text shadow can be toggled. Custom text is supported, and the placeholder time% inserts the current time into any message. Sliders set the position precisely, and double-clicking a slider allows typing an exact value.

clock-in is client-side only, so only the client needs it and servers do not. It is published for Fabric across 10 release versions, 1.21 – 26.3, with files for 26.3 dated 2026-09-27. The code is open source under the Apache License 2.0. Mod Menu is an optional dependency that adds the config screen entry point.

Key features

  1. Drag-and-drop positioning

The clock is moved by dragging it on screen, and a rebindable key opens the drag mode from anywhere.

  2. Color and opacity

The color of the text and of the background box can each be chosen with a full RGB picker, which includes an opacity slider.

  3. Background box and shadow

An optional background box uses adjustable X and Y padding, and the text shadow can be turned on or off.

  4. Time and custom text

Clock format switches between 12-hour and 24-hour, and the time% placeholder inserts the current time into custom text.

  5. Precise controls

Sliders set position and size, and double-clicking a slider opens a field for typing the exact value.

What the author says

A compact, dependency-free clock HUD mod that puts the time exactly where you want it - and actually lets you see where that is. Instead of blindly typing coordinates and reloading to check, Clock-In gives you a live drag-and-drop interface. Click the clock, drag it anywhere on screen, and it snaps into place…
