Classic Peripherals
by AlexDevs
Players who run CC: Tweaked on Fabric, Forge or NeoForge can add Classic Peripherals, which brings extra peripherals and wireless tweaks to CC: Tweaked computers.
What it does
Classic Peripherals extends CC: Tweaked with new peripherals. Ender Modems can send and receive messages across dimensions, with a range that is limited to roughly twice that of a normal wireless modem and unaffected by weather. Cross-dimensional messaging works only between block positions within 8 blocks, with coordinates scaled 1:8 between the Overworld and the Nether. A Redstone Relay peripheral is also added, and it reports redstone events to a computer.
Radio Towers assist long-range wireless communication. A tower is assembled from a base, one or more segments and an antenna, stacked as the mod's image shows. Secure communication is available through a Cryptographic Accelerator, which implements Ed25519 and X25519 for key exchange, encrypts data with AES and hashes strings with SHA. The mod is open source under the MIT License.
Installation needs CC: Tweaked on every loader, and Fabric API on Fabric. Curios API and Trinkets are optional and only matter for the matching accessory slots. Installation covers the server and each player's game. Files cover 1.20.1 and 1.21.1, with 0.6.5 for 1.21.1 as the latest Fabric and NeoForge build and 0.3.2 for 1.20.1 as the latest Forge build.

How it compares
Some Peripherals is a Fabric and Forge option for 1.18 – 1.18.2, published under the MIT License and open source. Advanced Peripherals is open source under the Apache License 2.0 and covers Forge and NeoForge for 1.16 – 1.21.1, so it does not support Fabric. Tom's Peripherals adds files for Fabric, Forge and NeoForge across 1.18.2 – 1.21.1 under the MIT License.
