Cinematic: Cutscenes
by Shirou2146
Cinematic: Cutscenes plays handcrafted cinematic cutscenes at set moments of a Minecraft world, such as the first sunrise, a first village or the End portal.
What it does
The mod triggers cinematic sequences when a player reaches certain moments. Cutscenes cover the first load into a world, the first morning and the first village, a wake-up sequence, the opening of an End portal, and the arrival in the End dimension before the Ender Dragon. Each sequence switches the view to a camera path, and the normal camera returns afterward. Players can choose whether each cutscene plays only once or repeats, and a list of first moments shows which have been observed.
The mod needs YetAnotherConfigLib (YACL) on every loader. It is published for Fabric, Forge and NeoForge across two game versions, 1.20.1 and 1.21.1. Either side can run it, and neither needs it, so a client can run it alone or a server can add it. The code is not open source; the mod is released under All rights reserved.
