ChatReply
ChatReply sends configured replies when chat messages match set phrases, and can also post text on a timed loop from the client side.
What it does
A keyword trigger fires a custom reply whenever an incoming chat line contains a phrase the player has defined, and a response delay can hold the answer back so it does not appear instantly. Message recall brings back earlier chat lines so a player can reuse them without retyping. A scheduled loop posts a chosen text again at fixed intervals, such as every 10 or 20 seconds.
The mod is a client-side mod, so only the player who installs it needs it, and it adds no load to the server. Every feature can be switched on or off in an in-game screen, and changes take effect right away without a restart. Hotkeys can be rebound through the standard controls menu. The mod is listed for Feather Client and Lunar Client, though compatibility with other third-party launchers is not assured.
Installation needs Fabric and YetAnotherConfigLib (YACL). ChatReply is published for Fabric across 12 release versions, and is released under the MIT License, but it is not open source.
Key features
Keyword reply triggers
Exact phrases can be set as triggers, and each one sends a customized reply when it appears in chat.

A configurable time buffer keeps automated answers from appearing the instant the trigger matches.
Scheduled loop
Text is sent automatically at custom intervals, measured in seconds, for repeated announcements.
Message recall
Previous chat history can be reopened quickly, so earlier messages can be reused.
In-game settings screen
Features are toggled and adjusted in a clean configuration menu, and the automated reply engine can be enabled or disabled at any time.

How it compares
ChatLogic is also a Fabric client-side mod with the MIT License and open source code, published for the same release range as this mod, so the two cover the same versions. AutoReply is a client-side Fabric mod for 1.21.1 under the BSD 3-Clause License and is not open source. Panda Reply is a server-side mod, open source under CC0 1.0 Universal, for 1.21.11 – 26.3, so it does not run in the player's client.
