Changed additions extends the Changed mod with extra transformations, effects and a datapack system for building custom ones on Forge.
What it does
Changed additions adds content to the Changed mod, keeping the look and feel of vanilla Minecraft. Transformations come with their own stats and effects, and the mod is aimed at players who want more control over how a transformation plays out. Each transformation can be switched back to human form, although the author notes that a revert still carries a dramatic cost even with the keepform flag set.
Custom transformations are defined in datapacks. A datapack file in JSON format names a transformation ID, the post-effect a transformation applies, and a path in the world. Changed additions requires Changed: Minecraft Mod, and it runs on client and server, so the server and every player need it. The mod is open source under the MIT License and is published for Forge, for 1.18.2 and 1.20.1, with 0.1.0-V4-Fix for 1.20.1 as the latest file. The author marks the project as still in alpha, so some bugs should be expected.
