Carry Me
by Rok
With Carry Me installed, a player decides whether other players may pick them up, using a simple command rather than a fixed server rule.
What it does
Carry Me is a lightweight addon for Carry On. It changes the core carrying mechanics so that being carried requires the player's explicit consent. Players can toggle their carry permission at any time with a command, and can also press a key to enable or disable it. Without consent, other players cannot pick them up, which keeps interactions on multiplayer servers from becoming disruptive.
Server owners can optionally use a gamerule to control the behavior globally. When the gamerule is set, it can enforce a rule across the whole server and disable player choice entirely. The mod is designed for multiplayer environments and aims to stay non-intrusive. It requires Carry On and Fabric API, and it runs on client and server, so both the server and every player need it. Files are published for Fabric, Forge and NeoForge, with the latest build 1.0 for 26.3 under the Apache License 2.0, which is open source. Game versions cover 1.21.1 – 26.3 across 8 release versions.

Server-wide gamerule
