BlocksPrint π¦π οΈ
by hubdev
BlocksPrint is a structure management tool for Fabric and Forge that saves, previews, moves, rotates and loads structures from the game.
What it does
Players select a structure with a tool by marking two position points, then save it to a custom blocksprint file. Later the structure can be loaded again, previewed in place, moved and rotated before placement is confirmed. Placement is accepted with Enter and cancelled with Backspace. Loading can be run with commands, and the speed of loading is set in the config file through the chunks-per-tick option, with a default of 4.
The mod is aimed at worlds where large builds are copied or reused, including multiplayer servers that load structures for players. It is meant to handle very large block counts while keeping frame rate impact small, using multi-threading and compression. It requires Architectury API and Fabric API on Fabric, and Architectury API on Forge. Installation covers the server and each player's game. Files are published for Fabric and Forge for 1.20.1 only, and the code is open source under the GNU General Public License v3.0 or later.
