BlockChain Currency
BlockChain Currency adds a currency system to Forge and NeoForge servers for the 1.20.1 game version, with the mod installed on both the client and the server.
What it does
Players hold a currency that the server tracks, and the mod is presented as a way to improve server economics. The author describes it as early development: some parts are still broken or missing, and the author notes that more features are planned for later builds. Feedback is requested through the issue tracker on GitHub, and the author released the mod to collect feedback and test it with other players.
The mod runs on Forge and NeoForge only, for Minecraft 1.20.1. The author has no plans to downgrade to lower versions or to port to later ones, at least until NeoForge support is complete, and Fabric and Quilt are not supported because learning another loader is not feasible for the author right now. The environment is client and server, so the server and every player need the mod, and the code is published under the MIT License as open source, with public source code and an issue tracker.
