Bliss Dragon Egg lets a Dragon Egg be duplicated in survival, using the same method that already works for sand and gravel, so a single egg can be multiplied.
What it does
The mod changes how the Dragon Egg behaves: a player can duplicate it, the way falling blocks such as sand and gravel are duplicated. It also gives the egg a holder that keeps it safe and shows its status, with a 20-heart holder option included in the feature set. Bliss Dragon Egg can be added as a server mod or a data pack, and the server side is the part that needs it.
Installation is done by placing the mod file in the mods folder and, for the data pack route, uploading the datapack to the world's datapacks folder. Bliss Dragon Egg requires no other mod, and it runs on Fabric, Forge, NeoForge and Quilt. Files are published for 26.3, 26.2, 26.1.2 and the 1.21 line, covering 1.21 – 26.3 across 17 release versions. The license is the GNU Lesser General Public License v3.0 only, and the code is not open source.
