Beyond and More

by Romain_tv20

Beyond and More expands the decorative block set for Minecraft, adding hundreds of vanilla-style block variants that were missing from the base game.

FabricForgeNeoForgeClient and serverMozilla Public License 2.01.19.2 – 26.1.2

What it does

The mod provides shaped variants of wood-based and other materials that vanilla leaves out, covering several block families at once. It also extends materials such as ice, leaves, concrete powder, coral, sandstone, quartz, blackstone, Nether materials and copper, and includes a complete cactus building family. The original Steel More content, including steel weapons, tools and armor, is kept and continues to grow.

The mod is built for builders and survival players who want more block choices. Its registry holds 3,948 blocks, and the crafting recipes and redstone behavior of many blocks were revised. Files cover Fabric, Forge and NeoForge, and the client and server both need the mod. The mod is published under the Mozilla Public License 2.0 and is not open source.

Key features

  1. Vertical slabs and fence gates

Vertical slabs, fence gates and wall variants add shapes that vanilla Minecraft does not provide for most materials.

  2. Framed glass and cactus blocks

Framed glass uses the wood types of the game, and a complete cactus building family is included.

  3. Expanded materials

Ice, leaves, dirt, concrete, coral, sandstone, quartz, blackstone and copper each gain a set of block families.

  4. Steel weapons and equipment

Steel tools, weapons and armor from the earlier Steel More content remain available.

  5. Translated interface

Six languages are included, with 7,937 translation keys covering the interface.
