Better ModList lets players hide mods and libraries from the mod list, attach badges to each mod, and restyle the list on NeoForge and Forge.

What it does

The mod changes the mod list screen on the client. Players can hide mods and libraries, and a badge can be attached to each mod to show what it does. Only the client needs it: servers do not run it, and players can join a server without installing anything.

The config screen needs a helper library on 1.20.1 before its settings appear in game. The code is under the MIT License and is open source. Files are published for Forge and NeoForge across 19 release versions, 1.20 – 26.3.
