Better Glass Panes
Better Glass Panes lets players place glass panes, slabs and stairs with a right click while holding a glass pane.
What it does
Holding a glass pane and right-clicking a block lets the player choose between placing a pane, a slab or a stair in that spot. Glass panes can be removed safely with a Silk Touch tool, and breaking one by hand does not give the pane back. Better Glass Panes is published for Fabric only, in its 1.0 release for 1.21.1.

To do so, simply place down a stair or slab of your choice and then right click it with a glasspane in hand! The glass panes can be safely removed by breaking the block with a silktouch tool, or simply broken by hand, in which case you wont get the pane back.
