Bedrock Age

Bedrock Age adds a material chain in which Bedrock Ore is smelted into ingots for a set of tools, armor and blocks.
What it does
The mod adds a chain of items and blocks built around bedrock. Bedrock Ore generates naturally in the underground stone band between Y=-30 and Y=-64. Breaking it with a diamond or netherite pickaxe drops one to three Bedrock Nuggets, and a pickaxe enchanted with Silk Touch collects the ore itself. Smelting the ore requires a Blast Furnace, because regular furnaces and smokers cannot process it, and it yields one Bedrock Ingot.
Bedrock Nuggets and Bedrock Ingots convert in a crafting grid, nine nuggets to one ingot and back. Ingots serve as the core crafting material for the rest of the content, including the Bedrock Helmet, Chestplate, Leggings and Boots, the Sword, Pickaxe, Axe, Shovel and Hoe, and the Polished Bedrock Block, which works as a decorative or functional building block. The mod runs on client and server, and the server and every player need it. It is released under CC0 1.0 Universal, open source, with files for Fabric and NeoForge covering 1.21 and 1.21.1. Roughly Enough Items (REI) is an optional dependency that adds recipe lookup.

Flat Bedrock is open source under the MIT License and runs on client and server, with builds for Fabric, Forge and NeoForge across 1.15.2 – 26.3. Bedrock to Obsidian is also under the MIT License but not open source, and it is server required with the client optional, covering 1.13 – 26.3 on four loaders. Crimsonite is a NeoForge-only mod for 1.21.1 under the MIT License and open source, running on client and server.
