BCLib: New Dawn

BCLib: New Dawn is an unofficial NeoForge continuation of the utility library that the BetterX mods use for shared functionality.
What it does
Core utilities and shared code for BetterX mods are provided by this library, so dependent mods do not carry their own copies. The project keeps behavior as close to the original Fabric library as possible and changes code only where porting or compatibility requires it. Alone, it contributes no gameplay of its own.
Two libraries are required alongside it: WorldWeaver: New Dawn and WunderLib: New Dawn. Four catalog mods require this library, among them BetterEnd: New Dawn, WorldWeaver: New Dawn, BetterNether: New Dawn and Dungeon Train: A Lore-Rich Roguelite RPG Adventure. Files are published for Fabric, NeoForge and Quilt across 8 release versions, with the latest file for each loader targeting 26.3 and dated 2026-10-14. The code is released under the MIT License and is open source, with public source code and an issue tracker.
The artwork and most of the code belong to the BetterX Team, developers of the original library for Fabric. This page covers the separately maintained NeoForge port.
