AutoElytraPanic is a Fabric utility that makes an equipped elytra spin when a player falls from a high place, which can help avoid dying.

What it does

When a player falls from a high place while wearing an elytra, the mod activates the elytra so the fall turns into a glide. The behavior is meant to help players avoid dying from a long drop. Only the client needs the mod, so servers run without it and players join without installing anything. Cloth Config API and Fabric API are required, and Mod Menu is optional, though the author recommends it for changing settings. Files are published for Fabric across nine release versions, 1.19 – 1.20.4, under the MIT License, and the project is open source.
