Armored Golems

Armored Golems gives Iron Golems armor from the iron they are made of, adding defense for villages under attack at night and during raids.

What it does

Iron Golems are made of iron, but the vanilla mob gets no armor from it. This mod equips them with iron armor, and a full set of iron armor gives a golem 15 defense, which makes village guards far more useful during nights and raids. Stronger mobs such as the Warden can still destroy golems. The mod runs on the server alone, so players join without installing anything, and it is published for Forge 1.20.1 only, under the MIT License, not as open source.
