AppliedE
by 90
AppliedE links ProjectE's EMC values to Applied Energistics 2, so a player-placed module can report stored EMC to an AE2 network.
What it does
AppliedE is a Forge and NeoForge add-on that connects two mods directly: ProjectE's EMC is exposed as a key type that an AE2 network can display, report, manipulate and convert upon request. Converted items can then feed AE2's auto-crafting facilities, which is the main reason the integration exists. Applied Energistics 2 is required, and the mod is open source under the GNU Lesser General Public License v3.0 only.
The central piece is the Transmutation Module, the first step toward this add-on's transmutation feature. A module placed anywhere on a network reads the transmutation knowledge of the player who placed it and gives that network the stored EMC of transmutable items. Several modules from different players can sit on one network, with one module per knowledge provider, and their EMC figures are combined. Inserted and extracted EMC is distributed evenly among the providers, and a tier system is added to protect networks from overflow, so stored values can grow to an arbitrarily large number of EMC units.
Builds cover 1.20.1 and 1.21.1, with Forge files at 0.14.3 for 1.20.1 and NeoForge files at 1.0.8-beta for 1.21.1. Servers that run it need every player to install it too. Its dependencies are Applied Energistics 2, and AECapFix and Applied Energistics 2 Wireless Terminals are optional.
Key features
Transmutation key type
ProjectE's EMC appears as a key type on an AE2 network, so it can be displayed and manipulated like other stored items.
Knowledge providers
A placed module supplies its owner's transmutation knowledge and the EMC of transmutable items to the network.
Shared EMC across providers
Multiple providers on one network contribute their stored EMC, and inserted or extracted EMC is distributed among them.
Overflow safeguards
A tier system guards against overflow issues, so the network can store very large EMC totals.
Guide documentation
A new section in the in-game AE2 guide explains how to use the add-on.

How it compares
ProjectCell is a Forge and NeoForge add-on for 1.20.1 – 1.21.1 that is client and server and not open source under the MIT License. AE2 WCWT covers the same loaders and versions with the same environment, and is open source under the MIT License. Applied Create uses All rights reserved and is not open source, so it differs in license from AppliedE. Create Stock Bridge is open source under the MIT License and covers Forge and NeoForge for 1.20.1 – 1.21.1.

What the author says
A Minecraft mod made as an add-on to both Applied Energistics 2 and ProjectE providing more tightly-coupled integration between the two mods. Unlike conventional add-ons integrating the two together, AppliedE works by turning ProjectE's EMC into a distinct "key type" able to be displayed, reported and manipulated by…
