Ai for "The Knocker"
Ai for "The Knocker" adds an AI chat addon to the Knocker mod, letting players talk to an AI model through a settings screen.
What it does
The addon connects the Knocker chat to an external AI provider. The settings screen offers OpenAI, Claude, Gemini and OpenRouter as provider choices, and each one can be paired with an optional model name. When the model name is left empty, the provider's default model is used.
A system prompt field defines how the AI behaves and what personality it presents. API keys are entered in the same screen, one per line, so several keys can be stored for a single provider. The addon needs the Knocker mod itself, which is credited to M_Productions, and runs on the Forge loader for 1.20.1.
The mod is released under the MIT License and is not open source. Its only published file is version 1.0.0 for 1.20.1, marked as an alpha build and dated 2026-06-18. Because the environment is client and server, the server and every player need the addon installed.
