What it does

Aero-Reformation extends Create Aeronautics with new blocks such as a chair, and with changes to several existing parts. A Navigation Table can be upgraded with a Gimbal Sensor, and applying a redstone torch to it flips the output for finer control. A Direction Synchronizer emits different redstone signals depending on the direction it faces, and a sensor outputs redstone based on the player's view angle. Sensor Agency is also supported, integrating four sensor types that make flight control more compact.

The mod uses Create, Create Aeronautics, Create Big Cannons and Sable as required dependencies, and Create: Radars as an optional one. Every player and the server need a copy of the mod. Files are published for NeoForge 1.21.1, with 1.3.3.5 as the latest file, and the code is licensed under Creative Commons Attribution Non Commercial 4.0, which means it is not open source. Source code is public.

  1. Mechanical bearing modes

    Right-clicking a Mechanical Bearing sets a bidirectional mode that lets both input directions provide rotation.

  2. Stiffness upgrade

    Right-clicking a Mechanical Bearing with an iron ingot raises its stiffness, which helps prevent block offset.

  3. Ender Compass sync

    An Ender Compass shares its position with other Ender Compasses set to the same frequency.

  4. Goggles HUD overlay

    Wearing Goggles and right-clicking a sensor with an empty hand displays its data as a HUD overlay.
