by StaredTrain

60 Seconds to Doom is a NeoForge minigame for 1.21.1 in which a team of players survives a post-apocalyptic world inspired by the 60 Seconds survival game.

What it does

Once the countdown reaches zero, players are sealed inside a bunker and must survive on the resources they gathered. Before the entrance closes, each team has one minute to collect supplies from its own shelter. During the day, players venture into a wilderness split into zones of varying difficulty, where harder zones bring tougher monsters and greater rewards. At night a random event occurs, and the mod includes over 200 different event types.

Players are divided into groups of four when the game begins, though they can form teams freely using commands before it starts. After certain days a real crisis begins, with friendly fire enabled, so players can raid other shelters and fight for supplies. Survival rests on five vital stats shown on the HUD, and the game ends when the team reaches the evacuation point before the final deadline. The mod is built on Lost Cities and Lost Cities Modern Tweaks, with Petite Inventory and Health life bar also listed as requirements.

Client and server: both the server and every player need the mod. Files are published for NeoForge 1.21.1 only, with the latest file, 1.2.0, dated 2026-10-03. The code is not open source; the author holds All rights reserved, and source code and an issue tracker are linked publicly.
