Zakuro is a Fabric management mod for 1.20.1 that bundles switchable modules, each adjusting a vanilla survival behavior such as anvil costs and collision boxes.
What it does
Its functions are called modules, and each one can be switched on or off. A built-in settings screen is available once the optional Mod Menu is installed, so server owners and players can choose which changes apply without editing files by hand. Cloth Config API is required for the configuration to load.
One module, deleteTooExpensive, removes the Too Expensive prompt from anvil work and retains the penalty level on forged items, so repeated repairs no longer block further work. Other modules target small inconveniences in vanilla survival, such as the collision boxes of end rods and lightning rods. A detailed modules page lists each option.
Zakuro is published only for Fabric and 1.20.1, with a latest file of 1.0.1.3+1.20.1 released on 2024-09-07. Only the server needs the mod to run its changes, and a player may add it for the settings screen. It is released under the MIT License and is open source, and its source code and issue tracker are public.
