Xaero's Minimap & World Map - Waystones Compatibility connects Waystones to Xaero's maps, so activating a Waystone adds a waypoint to the minimap and world map.
What it does
When a player activates a Waystone, a waypoint for that location is created in Xaero's Minimap & World Map. The waypoint then appears on both the minimap and the world map, so the player can find the spot again without remembering its position. The mod is a successor to Waystones2Waypoints, which the author describes as discontinued, and it is not a fork of that project.
Installation covers the server and each player's game. Files are published for Forge and NeoForge across 10 release versions, 1.18.2 – 26.1.2, and the latest Forge file is 1.1 for 1.20.1, while the latest NeoForge file is 2.1.0 for 26.1.2. The mod is released under All rights reserved, so the license is not open source, although the source code is public.
The author notes that the mod does not support Xaero's Minimap (Fair-Play Edition). Players who use that edition of the map should not expect the waypoint feature to work with it.
