WindowedFullscreen
by Ukognoz
WindowedFullscreen removes the window border so Minecraft fills the whole display while staying a windowed client, letting players tab out without a mode switch.
What it does
The mod targets the common case where a player wants a clean look without giving up the window. It removes the window border and sizes the game to cover the entire display. The game still runs as a windowed application, so switching to other programs does not trigger the window re-rendering that exclusive fullscreen causes.
It works through the GLFW interface that Minecraft already uses, instead of replacing windowing code. The author states that this direct approach keeps it stable across newer Minecraft versions. It requires Fabric and is published for 1.21 – 1.21.11, with 1.0.0 for 1.21.11 as the latest file. It is client-side only, so servers do not need it, and it is not open source; it is released under All rights reserved.
