Welcome Players

Welcome Players sends a custom message to people the first time they join a server, and server owners control how that message looks.
What it does
A server owner writes the greeting in the welcome.mcfunction file and picks one of four display modes with a scoreboard command in load.mcfunction. The message appears when a player joins for the first time, so returning players are not greeted again. Server owners can also use the bundled screenshot gallery to find ready-made look options.

To make a custom message, change mode 4 of welcome.mcfunction. You must also change load.mcfunction "scoreboard players set wpmode wpconfig 4" to set effect. Use "scoreboard players set wpmode wpconfig 1-4" to change how the welcome message looks! Look at Gallery to find screenshots of each mode.
