WayGL
by WiredTomato
Players on Linux who run the Wayland display server can use WayGL, which makes GLFW create Wayland windows instead of X11 ones.
What it does
WayGL switches GLFW to its Wayland platform at runtime on supported systems, so the game does not need a separately compiled GLFW build. Players on Linux with a Wayland display server get native windows, and the mod targets the Xwayland issues that appear when the game runs through the compatibility layer. The window icon is kept on supported systems. Only the client needs it; servers run without it. Required dependencies are Cloth Config API and Fabric API, and Mod Menu is optional. The mod is open source under the MIT License and is published for Fabric, NeoForge and Quilt across 32 release versions, 1.17 – 26.1.2.
Key features
Wayland window creation
Windows are created through Wayland on supported Linux systems, which avoids Xwayland compatibility problems.
Window icon kept
The window icon is preserved on supported systems while the game runs under Wayland.
Xwayland bug avoidance
Rendering goes through the native Wayland path, sidestepping the X11 and Xwayland bugs that players on Wayland otherwise meet.

What the author says
Tired of all those pesky X11/Xorg bugs happening because you're using wayland? Well fear no more, I have quite the solution for you. WayGL will force GLFW to create a wayland window (at the cost of sacrificing your window icon) (NO LONGER AT THE COST OF YOUR ICON!!!) on supported systems (Linux using wayland display…
