Villager/ Wandering trader drops makes villagers and wandering traders drop extra loot when they are killed.

What it does

Both villagers and wandering traders drop items on death, and the drops are chosen at random. Emeralds are the usual drop, but other loot can also appear, including emerald blocks, books, bottles o' enchanting, bells, leads and nautilus shells. The mod runs on the server, and clients may leave it out. Files are published for Fabric, Forge, NeoForge and Quilt, for game versions 1.21 – 26.3 (17 release versions).

Key features

  1. Villager drops

    Villagers drop loot when killed, so a kill gives more than the emeralds they normally leave behind.

  2. Wandering trader drops

    Wandering traders also drop random items on death, adding a loot source outside villages.

  3. Weighted drop table

    Drops include emerald blocks, books and bottles o' enchanting at different chances, plus leads and nautilus shells that always drop.
