Quality O' Life groups a set of small vanilla tweaks, such as dispenser actions, faster Happy Ghasts and invisible item frames, into one server-side addon.
What it does
Quality O' Life targets everyday friction in Minecraft rather than adding new content. Its changes cover bone meal on sugar cane, dispensers that can place armor stands, boats and crops, invisible item frames, concrete powder that hardens in water, a better stonecutter and faster Happy Ghasts. Each change is meant to keep the game feeling like vanilla while removing some tedium.
Only the server needs the addon, so a server owner installs it and players can join without it. It is published for Fabric, Forge, NeoForge and Quilt, and also as a data pack, with files covering 1.21 – 26.2 across 16 release versions. The latest file, 0.1+mod for 26.2, was released on 2026-06-22. The code is released under CC0 1.0 Universal, which is not an open source license.
