Valkyrien_Skies-defense adds a set of steel and glass decorative blocks that resist explosions, for builders who want tech-style structures on Forge 1.20.1.
What it does
The blocks come in 12 color schemes, including matte black and neon blue, so builds in a cyberpunk or industrial style can use a consistent palette. Steel casings, steel blocks and tempered glass are included, and the steel pieces are textured as modular panels for pipelines, machinery shells and industrial frames.
Most of the blocks carry high explosion resistance. The base value is listed as 200 against TNT, creeper blasts and Ender Crystals, and the tempered glass keeps 95% light transmittance while still resisting explosions. Redstone wiring can run through or behind the steel blocks without being exposed. Pistons and slime block mechanics work with the blocks.
The mod is published for Forge 1.20.1 only, with the latest file 1.2.0 released on 2025-05-18. Client and server both need it, so the server and every player install the same build. The code is All rights reserved and the mod is not open source.
