Upgrade Armor & Items + is a Forge mod for Minecraft 1.20.1 that adds upgrade tiers for armor and tools built from vanilla resources, with new bosses and enemies.
What it does
The mod extends the vanilla armor and tool lines with upgrade versions. It adds a Gold upgrade tier, a Max Gold tier and a Netherite tier, along with a Netherite Ingot and a Netherite Upgrade Template used to craft them. Iron Armor receives special effects, and an activatable armor ability shows upgrade particles when it is used.
Other additions include a Netherite totem of undying, an upgraded Iron Sword, Iron Carrots, an Iron Apple and an Enchanted Iron Apple, plus Imbued Bright Melon.
