TxFastLoad removes several loading and reloading screens in Minecraft, so game start, world switches and resource pack changes proceed without waiting on them.
What it does
Among its changes, the mod removes the fade effect shown when Minecraft launches, and it drops the Loading terrain screen that appears when switching dimensions or joining a world. Players and servers that move between worlds often see the game continue straight into play, with no interruption at each transition.
Resource pack handling is also changed. The loading and reloading screen that appears when packs are applied is removed, and heavy packs load faster; the author notes some of them load up to 90% faster. The author reports the mod makes the game start and join servers noticeably quicker, and that it works on a client alone.
TxFastLoad is published for Fabric only, for two game versions, 1.21.11 and 26.1.2. It runs on the client alone, so players install it and servers do not need it. The author is txslx1, and the code is not open source: the mod is released under All rights reserved.
