Turtle Totes adds a green shulker box recipe built from turtle shells and scutes, for servers that want a portable barrel-style inventory.
What it does
Players craft the turtle tote from a green shulker box combined with turtle shells, and the result works as a barrel-style inventory. Turtle shells are the easier of the two parts to collect, so the shulker shells are the main requirement, with a few scutes also needed. The mod is server required and client optional, so the server must run it while players may leave it out. Files are published for Fabric, Forge, NeoForge and Quilt, covering 1.21.2 – 26.3.
The pack is released under the Creative Commons Attribution Non Commercial Share Alike 4.0 license, so it is not open source. The author permits modified copies to be shared under the same terms, and the pack may not be used to make money.

You use shulker shells to make shulker boxes, so why not turtle shells for turtle totes? Of course, turtle shells are a bit easier to come by than shulker shells, so you'll need a couple of turtle scutes, too.
