TP Utils
by Sjouwer
With TP Utils, a player on a client-side install can move to the ground, up, down, a chunk or a far point with short commands.
What it does
TP Utils is a client-side teleport utility for Fabric and Quilt, aimed at creative players who need to get around quickly. Its commands include tpu ground, which lands on the first block below the player's height, tpu up and tpu down, which move to the next floor and always place the player on ground, and tpu chunk, which teleports to coordinates entered inside a chunk. It also includes improved custom versions of WorldEdit teleports through jumpto, with very high range and precise placement.
Behavior is set through a configuration file. The default TP method uses the teleport command and can be switched to tppos, which servers often require, and the through, top and forward ranges are adjustable, with defaults of 256, 256 and 100 blocks. Crawling through a single-block gap and walking through lava are both off by default. Multiplayer use needs cheats enabled, so the command setup depends on the server's permissions.
Installation needs Fabric API and Cloth Config API on both loaders, and Mod Menu is optional. Players add it to their own game, and a server needs no copy. The mod is open source under the GNU Lesser General Public License v3.0 only and is published with source code and an issue tracker. Snapshot builds are published for each release.
Key features
Ground and floor teleports
Commands tpu ground and tpu up/tpu down move the player to ground level or the next floor.
Chunk teleport
tpu chunk sends the player to coordinates entered inside a chunk, without a full position.
Improved WorldEdit-style teleports
Custom jumpto-based teleports reach very far and place the player precisely.
Configurable ranges and method
The through, top and forward ranges and the tp or tppos method can all be changed in the settings.
