TIS-Create
TIS-Create connects Create machinery to a Serial Port protocol provided by the TIS-3D addon, letting Create blocks exchange data with external control.
What it does
TIS-Create is a Create addon that brings Serial Port protocols into the Create ecosystem. Its blocks read and write over the protocol so that rotational machines, redstone links and accumulators can be monitored and driven by TIS-3D. Create and TIS-3D are both required, and the optional companions Create Big Cannons and Create Crafts & Additions add extra blocks that the protocol covers when they are installed.
The mod works with a fixed list of supported blocks, and the author notes that support for other mods is planned but not yet implemented. Files are published for Forge and NeoForge across three game versions, with builds for 1.18.2, 1.19.2 and 1.20.1, and 1.1.3 for 1.20.1 as the latest file. A server running it needs every connecting player to have it too.

How it compares
TIS-VS is a Fabric and Forge mod for the same version range, and is open source under the Apache License 2.0; it does not run on NeoForge. Speedometer runs on Fabric, Forge and NeoForge across 1.17 – 1.21.11 under the MIT License and is open source, but it reads speed rather than controlling blocks. TIS3D: Renewed is NeoForge-only on 1.21.1 and is open source under the MIT License, so it does not cover the older builds.
