The Toolkits
by Frefreak
With The Toolkits installed, operators can run commands that print item NBT, player attributes and recipe data, and dump entity or block entity locations to the chat.
What it does
The Toolkits is a Forge utility mod that adds a set of diagnostic and inspection commands for modded Minecraft. Several commands take a parameter that selects a target: the held item, the player, an entity type given as a class name or registry name, or a recipe namespace and path. Running them requires operator permission, so the commands are intended for administrators and developers rather than ordinary players.
Recipe commands list the paths under a namespace, list recipe identifiers under a given namespace and path, print one random recipe, and dump recipes of a category to JSON files so their output can be inspected. Lag-hunting commands dump the locations of entities and block entities, which helps server owners find where a slowdown originates. The author recommends using them alongside spark or another profiler. The mod is open source under the MIT License and is published for Forge only, in four release versions 1.16.5 – 1.19.2, with 1.8.1 for 1.19 as the latest file. Only the server needs it to run the commands, and it is installed on client and server.
Key features
Item NBT printing
A command prints the NBT data of the held item to chat, so its tags can be read without external tools.
Player attribute output
A command lists the player's attributes, such as movement speed, and shows which are synced or marked dirty.
Recipe inspection
Commands list recipe paths and identifiers under a namespace, print a random recipe and dump a category as JSON.
Entity and block entity dumps
Commands report where entities of a given type or block entities are located, to help trace server lag.

How it compares
Rubidium Toolkit is a client-side Forge mod for 1.16.5 – 1.18.2, released under the GNU Lesser General Public License v2.1 only, so it does not run on a server. RecipeDumper is server-side only, is released under the MIT License and covers 1.19.2 – 1.20.1, which overlaps The Toolkits in that range. Structure Dump is also server-side only and is published for 1.20.1 – 1.20.6, under the GNU Lesser General Public License v3.0 only.
