The Gingerbread House
Gingerbread House adds furnished gingerbread houses that generate in snowy forest biomes and hold loot for players who explore them.
What it does
Each gingerbread house is a generated structure, placed in snowy forest biomes, with a candy-themed exterior and a furnished interior. Players who enter find decorative items, playful furniture and loot. Some houses hide secret rooms in a corner of the structure, which rewards close exploration.
The mod suits survival worlds, adventure maps and multiplayer servers that want holiday decoration without building it by hand. Players who build a festive village can use the structures as a base layout, and the candy-themed pieces fit a storybook look. Every player and the server need a copy of the mod. Builds cover 1.16.5 – 26.2 on Fabric, Forge and NeoForge, and the code is open source under the Apache License 2.0. Fabric builds run on 26.2 and Forge builds on 1.20.1.
