The Enderwoman
by Lynxomancer
The Enderwoman replaces regular Endermen with a new species called Enderkin, in a NeoForge mod for 1.21.1 that needs Geckolib.
What it does
The mod removes the old Endermen and adds two Enderkin types in their place. The Enderkin Alpha is the more feminine variant and makes up about 30% of the Enderkin found in play. The Enderkin Beta is shorter, more common and behaves much like the Endermen players already know, while the Alpha is larger, stronger and more aggressive. Enderkin drop horns at higher rates, and those horns are used in crafting.
The mod adds a few related items: new projectiles that interfere with teleporting, and a craftable item built from collected Enderkin horns. Hidden Bastion Remnants contain items as well. The author describes the mod as still in progress, with more features planned. Every player and the server need a copy of the mod. Geckolib is a required dependency, and the mod is published for NeoForge only, with files for 1.21.1. Its latest file is 0.9.9.2, released on 2025-12-21, under the MIT License, and the mod is not open source.
Key features
Two Enderkin types
The Enderkin Alpha and Enderkin Beta replace the vanilla Endermen, with different sizes and levels of aggression.
Enderkin horns
Enderkin drop horns at higher rates, and the horns serve as a crafting material for new items.
Teleport-interfering projectiles
New items disrupt teleporting when thrown, so a thrown projectile can stop an Enderkin from warping to a chosen spot.
Bastion Remnant loot
Items hidden in Bastion Remnants can be found during exploration, and one can be crafted directly.

What the author says
I PROMISE THIS IS NOT JUST A MOD THAT ADDS ENDERWOMEN! This mod does a couple of things: it gets rid of the old Endermen and replaces them with a new species called Enderkin, and it adds a couple of new items that mess with teleporting and projectiles.
