TelePacks adds portable pack items that let players teleport their items and themselves between set locations, including across dimensions with an upgrade.

What it does

A TelePack is set to a location by crouch right-clicking it, and it can then be used to travel back there. Basic TelePacks only travel within the same dimension, while Advanced TelePacks can cross dimensions. The mod needs MDECore, and it runs on client and server, so the server and every player need it. Forge builds cover 1.8.8 – 1.19.2, with 19.0.0 for 1.19.2 as the latest file, under the MIT License, which is not open source.

The pack ships in sixteen dye colors, so players can tell their packs apart on a server. Each dye color is a separate variant of the same item, and the choice of color does not change how the pack teleports.
