TeethDweller is a Fabric mod in which neglecting dental care in a survival world leads to an infestation that grows inside the player's mouth.
What it does
Players who skip brushing risk becoming infected. The mod adds a progression that starts with the infection and continues until the creature, the Teeth Dweller, emerges. Before it emerges the only sign is a growing unease in the mouth, so the infection can go unnoticed until its effects are well advanced.
Lost teeth can be recovered at Dentist Office structures, which generate across forests, jungles, plains, deserts and other biomes. Inside them, dentists and receptionists restore what was lost. The mod is licensed under CC0 1.0 Universal and is open source, with its source code published. Files target only 1.21.11, and the Fabric loader is required. Teeth Dweller runs on client and server, so the server and every player need it.
