Tech Savy
by sdff69313
Tech Savy is a Forge mod for Minecraft 1.20.1 that adds robots, androids, powered boots and an energy network to the world.
What it does
Players who want robotics in survival can craft humanoid robots and androids as companions that handle tasks, assist in combat or fight as hostile units. The mod centers on three primary ores, Duratite among them, which supply the futuristic materials used for its gadgets and equipment.
Power engineering is a second strand: a Power Core provides energy for robots and machinery, and an Energy Conduit moves that energy between devices. The content runs on client and server, so the server and every player need the mod. Files exist for Forge only, for Minecraft 1.20.1, and the latest file is 2.1.0, published 2024-11-06. The code is not open source, and the mod is released under All rights reserved.
Key features
Humanoid robots and androids

Half-silicone android
A hybrid android blends organic and mechanical parts for agility and strength, with human-like intelligence paired to robotic durability.
Powered boots
Speed, jump and jet boots come in three or two tiers, raising movement speed, jump height or allowing sustained flight.
Power core and conduit
The Power Core supplies energy to robots and machinery, and the Energy Conduit distributes that energy to connected devices.
