TCT ClearLag
by tc.gaming108
With TCT ClearLag, a server runs item and entity cleanup on a timer, which keeps large builds with many dropped items from slowing the world down.
What it does
Clearlag removes dropped items and other loose objects on a set schedule, so a world with large structures full of items does not keep accumulating them. The default interval is 5 minutes, and server owners can change it. Cleanup can also be started at any time with a command, which suits moments when a lag spike is visible and an immediate sweep is wanted.
The mod needs TCT Core, which must be installed alongside it on the same loader. Changing the settings requires permission level 2 or higher. Player notifications are optional and can be turned on or off, and that choice is also restricted to players with the right permission. The mod is published for Forge and NeoForge across 12 release versions, 1.18.2 – 26.2, and is distributed under All rights reserved.
Clients and servers both need the mod installed, since it is listed as client and server. Its latest Forge file is 1.6 for 1.20.1, and its latest NeoForge file is 1.6 for 26.2.

Use cases
Item-heavy builds
Servers with large farms or factories that produce many dropped items can run the cleanup on a timer to keep item counts under control.
Who it’s for: Server owners who run large builds and want automatic cleanup of dropped items. Players on the same server can receive notifications if the owner enables them.
