TabTPS
by jpenilla
TabTPS shows server performance figures in the tab list, the boss bar and the action bar, with the display chosen per player.
What it does
Server owners pick what the three display types show by writing display configs, one file per set of figures. Each display config is tied to a permission node, so a group of players can receive one layout while others receive another. A built-in default layout is granted through a permission of its own and enables all three display types at once.
A player receives at most one display config, even when several permissions match. Priorities are set in the main config file, so the server decides which layout wins. Colors for each display come from theme configs stored in the themes folder, which means the look can be changed without touching the display layout.
The mod runs on the server only, so players join without installing anything. It is published for Fabric and NeoForge, plus Paper and Sponge as server platforms, across 32 release versions, 1.8.8 – 26.3. Fabric builds require Fabric API. The code is open source under the MIT License.
Key features
Tab list display
Server figures appear in the player list, updated while the player is connected.
Boss bar display
The same figures can be drawn in a boss bar at the top of the screen.
Action bar display
A short line of figures can be shown above the hotbar as an action bar message.
Permission-based layouts
Each display config has its own permission node, so access to a layout is granted through the permission system.
Theme configs
Colors for every display type are set in theme files in the themes folder.

Use cases
Monitoring a public server
Owners can show tick rate and player counts to everyone in the tab list, without a separate monitoring tool.
Staff layouts
A display config granted to moderators can carry extra figures that regular players never see.
Who it’s for: Server owners and administrators who want performance figures visible in game. Players need nothing installed, since the mod affects only the server side.
