Syncy Winky

by zerocool

Syncy Winky keeps game settings matching across separate Minecraft instances, so one set of options can follow a player from install to install.

FabricForgeNeoForgeClient-side onlyGNU General Public License v3.0 onlyOpen source1.18 – 26.3

What it does

Settings from one instance are carried over to others that have the mod installed, so players do not have to adjust controls, video options and similar values by hand in each launcher profile. Only the client needs the mod, so servers run without it. It requires Fabric API and ships for Fabric, Forge and NeoForge, covering game versions 1.18 – 26.3 with 30 release versions in total. The code is under the GNU General Public License v3.0 only and is open source.

Key features

  1. Settings sync between instances

Game settings are copied from one installed instance to the others that run Syncy Winky.

  2. Instance-wide option copying

Every installed instance that runs the mod receives the same copied option values, keeping profiles consistent.

  3. Synced option profiles

A single set of game options is applied across separate launcher profiles without manual editing in each one.
