Sorty
Sorty sorts inventory contents on the client, so players can tidy chests and their own bag with a single action.
What it does
Sorty adds client-side inventory sorting that works in multiplayer as well as single-player. Because it runs only on the player's client, a server does not need to install anything for it to work. Sorting can feel a fraction slower on multiplayer servers because of rate limits, though in most cases it appears near-instant. Fabric API is required, and the mod is released under the MIT License as open source.
Key features

Near-instant sorting

What the author says
Sorty is entirely client-side, you don't need to install it on a server for it to work. Sorting is a bit slower on multiplayer due to rate limits, although in most cases it should feel near-instant. Sorty is compatible with almost every mod, except with other inventory sorting mods.
